The Stars were able to find their breakthrough going into the second period, as forward Luke Stuber opened the scoring for the game. With just 1:13 remaining in the second period, Wyatt Spence took a slapshot that found the top of the net following a faceoff win. The third was kept scoreless as both goalies and defenses worked to limit offensive opportunities. In overtime, Lincoln defenseman Parker Menearschutz found himself wide open in front of the net, burying the game winning goal for the Stars.

Carshield AAA 2 @ Philadelphia Little Flyers 1 - Neither team was able to capitalize on offensive opportunities early on in the first two periods, however an eventful third period brought Carshield success. After a 34 minute long scoring drought, Carshield AAA found a solution and secured the 2-1 victory against the Philadelphia Little Flyers. Seven minutes into the third Carshield found themselves with a powerplay and were able to get a goal out of it. Lincoln Carnie skated around the right side of the net before collecting his own rebound and scoring directly in front of the goal. Philadelphia, looking to respond, took a direct shot in center ice that went loose off the goalkeeper's glove and was rebounded by Michael Poresky to tie up the game with just six minutes to go. With just under 30 seconds remaining, Jackson Morgan fired a shot at Zachary Wyant that just missed, striking directly off the crossbar. With overtime in sight, defenseman Jack Barthen sent a hail mary shot in between two Little Flyers with just 0.3 seconds left on the clock. Wasatch Renegade 4 @ NH Mtn. Kings Academy 3 - The Wasatch Renegades defeated NH Mtn. Kings Academy 4-3 on Sunday in an offensive thriller.
