One Week Away: T1ER/T1EHL Invitational Returns for a Premiere Showcase
The T1ER season is up and running following the T1ER opening weekend and the Janesville Jets Experience event. T1ER competition is set to keep the momentum going with the third event of the season, the T1ER/T1EHL Invitational. The event will take place from Oct. 30-Nov. 2 and will feature high-level play and competition.
The weekend will feature competition across the 15U, 16U, and 18U levels. The event will also run in conjunction with the NAPHL FALL Finals event.
This event brings together the nation’s top 18U programs from both the T1Er League and the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL) for a premiere showcase of talent. With this event, the T1ER League continued to highlight USA Hockey-Sanctioned T1ER 1 National Bound programs from across the country.
“Along with the high level competition, the level of scouting exposure across our events this season has been outstanding,” said Dennis Vickers, Director of Player Personnel. “At the NAHL Showcase in September, we welcomed 250-plus scouts from the NA3HL, NAHL, USHL, NCAA, and the NHL. We continued that momentum in Janesville with more than 20 NAHL and NA3HL coaches and scouts in attendance, and we're expecting another 50-plus at the upcoming T1ER/T1EHL Invitational. The event falls in line with the release of NAHL tenders, so that scouts in the stands can begin planning and evaluating to build their 27-28 teams. These events provide tremendous opportunities for players to showcase their abilities in front of scouts and coaches who are actively evaluating talent for the next level.”
