Nick Yashin Signs NAHL Tender Agreement

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the New Hampshire Mountain Kings of the NAHL and the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U AAA defenseman Nick Yashin. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season. 

During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, the Westtown, Pennsylvania native was a large part of the defense for the Little Flyers 18U team.

In his second season with the team in 2025-26, Yashin showed tremendous growth on the offensive side of the puck. The defenseman more than doubled his point total from the season before and scored two goals. 

The best offensive performance of the season from Yashin came on Dec. 7 against the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals. Yashin scored the first goal of the game for his team to get the offensive rolling. The Little Flyers won the game 2-1. 

Yashin is one of five players from the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U AAA team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft
