CarShield 18U forward Burbank signs NAHL Tender

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the Anchorage Wolverines of the NAHL and the Carshield AAA 18U forward Trey Burbank. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season. 

During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, Burbank was a key piece of an impressive Carshield team that led the league in almost every category offensively and defensively. Over the course of 17 games played, Burbank recorded eight points that consisted of three goals and five assists. 

The most impressive performance from the Palo Alto, California native came on Feb. 16 during the Dixon Cup Championship game against Indiana Elite. Burbank got the scoring started for his team on the power play.

Carshield defeated Indiana Elite by a score of 5-1 to secure the Dixon Cup Championship.

Burbank is one of twelve players from the Carshield AAA 18U team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft.
