Little Flyers 18U defenseman Morrison signs NAHL Tender

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the Johnstown Tomahawks of the NAHL and the Philadelphia L. Flyers 18U AAA defenseman Carter Morrison. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season. 

During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, the Nashville, Tennessee native used his size to dominate and turn heads on the defensive side of the puck. The 2007 birth year that stands at 6-foot-4 also had success on the offensive side. 

Morrison recorded 6 points in 16 games during the NAT1HL season which puts him in the top 20 across all defensemen. 

This season, Morrison was also selected to compete in the 2026 T1ER Top Prospects Tournament in St. Louis, MO, where he recorded a point in across the four games.

Morrison is one of five players from thePhiladelphia L. Flyers 18U AAA team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft.
