NAPHL T1ER League Announces All-T1ER Teams and Coaches of the Year for 2025-26

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) T1ER League is proud to unveil its 2025-26 All-T1ER Teams and Coaches of the Year, recognizing the standouts who defined this season.

Selected for their elite play throughout the regular season and the 2026 Dixon Cup Playoffs, the All-T1ER First and Second Teams represent the best of the best, players who consistently delivered in the biggest moments and raised the bar across the league.

The 2025-26 campaign once again showcased the national reach and competitive fire of the T1ER League, featuring six premier regular-season events held across the country, from the East Coast to the Midwest and everywhere in between. With scouts from the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) in attendance at every stop, players competed under the watchful eyes of decision-makers from across the NAHL family of leagues.

That exposure continues to translate into opportunity. Thanks to the league’s strong affiliation with the NAHL and its proven development model, nearly 40 T1ER athletes have already secured tenders for the 2026-27 season, with more expected in the months ahead.

The NAPHL T1ER League congratulates all of this year’s honorees for their dedication, consistency, and impact, and looks ahead to another season of growth, advancement, and unmatched exposure in 2026-27.
