Omaha 16U defenseman Yoon makes NCAA DI commitment

The Omaha AAA Hockey Club, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL), are please to announce that 16U defenseman Bryan Yoon has committed to play NCAA Division I Hockey at Colorado College starting in the fall of 2017.
 
Colorado College is a member of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC).
 
Yoon is a native of Denver, Colorado and is in his first season with the Omaha AAA Hockey Club. So far this year, the 6'1/180lbs defenseman has amassed 1 goal and 11 assists for 12 points in 11 games overall for the Omaha AAA 16U Team that is again ranked as one of the top teams in the country. Yoon is a mobile and tenacious defender who adds an offensive touch from the blueline. 
 
In NAPHL league play , the 16 year old has 0 goals and 7 assists for 7 points through the 1st 5 games in Blaine. His performance at the first event of the season earn him the 16U Division's #2 star for defenseman in the Peak Performers for September.
 
Yoon is now the 3rd member of this years 16U Omaha Team to receive an NCAA Division 1 Hockey Scholarship joining Ethen Frank (Western Michigan) and Casey Gilling (Northern Michigan).
